Functional capabilities
ARM "Notar" covers the full spectrum of notarial office tasks — from daily action registration and document management to compliance reporting and financial bookkeeping.
All notarial actions are recorded in a structured electronic register. Summaries are automatically calculated per day, week, month, half-year and any custom period — including action counts, fees collected and special blank usage.
Search the register by any combination of criteria: date range, action number, document blank number, participant name, tax ID and more. Find any past action in seconds.
Attach draft documents, scanned originals and any supporting files directly to each register entry. Reuse them when preparing similar future actions without leaving the application.
Maintain a dedicated register of clients — individuals and legal entities — who participate in notarial actions. Add them on the fly during data entry or manage them independently.
Keep a full electronic income-and-expense ledger. Supports multiple independent books, custom income/expense categories, and exports data ready for official tax declarations.
Generate form 1-ДФ (tax withholding report) and statistical form №1-Нотаріат with a few keystrokes. Reports can be printed or saved to disk for submission.
All data is stored exclusively on the notary's local machine in an encrypted database — never sent outside. Fully compliant with Ukrainian Law "On Notarization" regarding professional secrecy.
Apply electronic tags to any register entry for quick visual classification and filtering. Group actions by urgency, status, client type or any custom criteria.
Built-in validator checks the correctness of an individual's taxpayer identification number (РНОКПП) in real time — catching input errors before they reach official documents.

Once actions are entered, ARM "Notar" computes all required report data automatically — no manual recalculation needed.
Quarterly form required under Art. 176.2(б) of the Tax Code of Ukraine. Generated from accumulated register data with a few keystrokes, ready to submit to the tax authority.
Official statistical form covering all notarial actions performed during any given period. Can be generated for any date range, printed or saved to file.
Electronic income-and-expense books required for notaries under independent professional activity rules. Supports multiple books, custom categories, and exports for annual tax declarations.
ARM "Notar" was developed and distributed as a licensed desktop product for Ukrainian notaries. The project is currently archived — no new versions, updates or commercial support are being provided. Existing licensed users retain access to the last released build.
